Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YOX. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

If you don't agree, please don't use YOX.

• You must be old enough to use YOX in your country (at least 13).
• Keep your login credentials safe — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate others.

You keep ownership of the content you upload to YOX (photos, notes, profile details). By uploading, you grant YOX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content as needed to run the service and show it to others in line with your privacy settings.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to share the content.
• It doesn't break anyone else's rights (copyright, privacy, trademarks).
• It follows our Community Guidelines.

Don't use YOX to:

• Post hateful, abusive, threatening, illegal or sexually explicit content.
• Harass, dox or impersonate other users.
• Spam, scrape, scam or run automated activity without permission.
• Falsify event attendance or otherwise manipulate the system.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Where possible we'll explain why, but for serious or repeated breaches we may act without notice.

YOX includes public elements — profiles, leaderboards, follower/friend connections — depending on your settings. Information you choose to make public can be seen and shared by others. Be thoughtful about what you post.

The YOX brand, logo, design system, code and the structure of stamps, stickers and trophies are owned by YOX and protected by intellectual property laws. Sports data, team and event names belong to their respective owners and are used to power the catalogue, not to imply endorsement.

YOX displays sports data, schedules, results and event details from third-party sources. We work hard to keep this accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always correct, complete or current. Don't rely on YOX for betting, trading or any decision where accuracy is critical.

We aim to keep YOX online and working, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added or removed as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOX is provided "as is" without warranties. YOX won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using YOX and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights.
